Biography:
Abdul Razzaq, completed my BS honors and M.Phil. studies in Biotechnology at Forman Christian College, University, Lahore and doctorate degree from Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, China. Currently, I am working as assistant professor at The University of Lahore, Lahore-Pakistan. My research expertise are; physiochemical and molecular characterization of crops in response to various abiotic stresses such as heat, salt and drought. It also involves the co-expression networking of the candidate genes in response to various abiotic stresses such as salt, drought and heat. My major focus is on finding the new candidate genes and their genetic transformation in crops to improve their yield, fiber quality and insect resistance. So far, I have published 23 research and review articles with a total impact factor 80 and citations 980 in well reputed journals.
