Biography:
TIEBRE Marie-Solange is Full Professor of Botany. She is interested in Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services. She works on innovative approaches to the conservation, management, restoration and enhancement of Biodiversity through Nature-based Solutions. She supervised about twenty Master's and PhD students. Ms. Tiébré received the 2015 Carolina MacGillavry Award from the International Foundation for Science (IFS) for collaborative research. She was a member of the Extended Advisory Group on Biodiversity Integration (ECN-LTAM), a member of the Ecosystem Services Partnership (ESP) and a member of the Ad Hoc Technical Expert Group on Invasive Alien Species (AHTEG on IAS).
